Corporate Leaders & Digital Marketing Experts Collaborate to Discuss Current Industry Topics
Toronto, Canada, April 23, 2015 – WSI, the world’s largest network of Digital Marketing Consultants, concluded its highly successful networking and training event called the Digital Summit in Toronto, Canada. The event which saw a packed house with attendees from companies like CIBC, Jones Apparel Group, Princess Margaret Hospital, Salesforce, Seneca College, and Lowe's Companies was held at Google’s headquarters in Downtown Toronto on April 16th, 2015. The WSI Digital Summit provided attendees and participants a powerful opportunity to intermingle and debate the latest innovations in online marketing with leading digital minds from around the world.
The day-long event was opened by WSI’s co-founder Dan Monaghan, who delivered a presentation that summed up the complexities of operating in the digital world. Titled “Digital Marketing: It’s a Complex World” the presentation set the stage for speakers from WSI’s strategic partners like HubSpot, WSI Paid Search, WSI ALM, gShift Labs, and Bigcommerce to speak on a variety of timely digital marketing topics. The presentations, which touched upon all aspects of the online marketing world including modern PPC, content marketing, AdaptiveSEOTM, and eCommerce were well received. Google, a WSI strategic partner, was represented by Alec Humes, Strategic Partner Manager, at Google Canada who spoke about “The Canadian Digital Landscape in 2015”.
